What file format is needed for printing?
We prefer PDFs that are sized correctly for your project. This ensures the best print quality and layout accuracy. We also ask that you provide the document in CMYK color.
What is the difference between CMYK and RGB color?
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) is used for printing and creates color by subtracting light. RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is used for screens and adds light to create color—what looks good on a screen may not print the same.
Why do I need to use CMYK instead of RGB?
CMYK is the standard color mode for printing. Files in RGB may look different when printed, and we can’t guarantee accurate color results if your file isn’t converted to CMYK.
What are proportions in printing?
Proportions refer to the width-to-height ratio of your design. Keeping the correct proportions ensures your design fits properly on the final product without stretching or cropping.
What is bleed and why is it important?
Bleed ensures your design goes all the way to the edge of the paper after trimming. We require 0.125″ of bleed on all sides.
What is the largest size you can scan or photocopy?
The maximum size we can scan or copy is 11″ x 17″.
What are your business hours?
We’re open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
What if I can't pick up my order before 4:00 PM?
No problem! We have a secure drop box for after-hours pickup. We can also send you a payment link or take your payment over the phone.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Most projects are completed within about a week.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes, rush orders are accepted based on availability and may include a discretionary rush fee depending on the project and deadline.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit, and debit. Card purchases must be $5 or more. You can pay when you pick up your order. We also have an online payment option.

Do you offer faxing services?
No, we do not offer faxing.
Do you offer mailing or shipping services?
No, we do not provide mailing or shipping at this time.
What’s the largest size you can print on paper or cardstock?
Our maximum print size for paper or cardstock is 12″ x 18″.
Do you offer laminate?
Yes, we do! We can laminate 8.5×11 or 11×17. We can also cut pieces down to size at an extra cost if needed.
What binding options to do you provide?
If you are needing a bound book, we offer a few different option for binding. We can do:
- Saddlestitch, which is where the book is stapled in the center (this requires the total number of pages in the document to be divisble by 4)
- Spiral Bound
- Comb Bound
